Biangbiang Noodles

Biangbiang noodles are a traditional flavor noodle dish from the Guanzhong region of Shaanxi Province, made with Guanzhong refined flour and hand-drawn into long, wide noodles. One noodle is almost a bowl, so biangbiang noodles must be served in a large bowl. The thin noodles are served with meat sauce, tomatoes, eggs, and soy beef, and are prepared with soy sauce, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, and pepper, and poured with boiling oil of spicy seeds.
